Those who hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent from an institution of recognized standing (transcripts required) are eligible. Applicants with degrees in other science, technology, engineering and mathematics disciplines are encouraged to apply and may be required to complete undergraduate mechanical engineering courses before official admission into the graduate program. A minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0/4.0 is required. Additional coursework may be required as prerequisites upon faculty review and communicated with the student prior to official admission to the graduate program. GRE (average 309; Verbal: 152 Quant: 157) scores is required.
