Human Kinetics is a discipline focused on the study and practice of human movement and exercise and their impact on health and physical performance. The programs will help students develop knowledge and practical skills related to community health promotion, chronic disease prevention, and rehabilitation. Human Kinetics is concerned with understanding capacities for, and limits of, human movement at different ages and with the role of physical activity in human health.
