Is there anyone applying for GOI-IES Scholarship?

I need help with the Personal Statement segment of this scholarship application.
Trinity just replied to me, to solve this: The system has been closed since Monday evening until Friday for any access so do not worry and on Friday you should be abel to log in and see all your documents.
We received a huge number of applications and I am writing to inform you that your application has been placed on a reserve list for consideration. Please note that we will not be in a position to discuss your ranking on this reserve list.
We are in the process of finalising the scholarship awards and will notify you of the final outcome as soon as possible.
The first section makes it sounds like we didnt get and then they tell us that they just haven't chosen
Hi I just got an email telling me I'm on the reserve list and they will inform me the final result as soon as possible. I'm not quite understand this reserve list, does that mean someone has already been accepted? Anyway good luck to everyone.
Hey everyone, I am feeling positive today and thought I would try to share it with you all. I've been stressed about this and my family and friends have noticed. Relax and enjoy your days. At this point, there isn't much to change and worrying won't help the situation. Good luck to you all and hope you have a great coming week full of joy and recieve closure to this process. :)
I was the exact same way last week and then someone reminded me that I am a healthy intelligent individual who is surrounded by her loved ones. There is nothing more important than that so let us enjoy our lives as it is. Not getting the scholarship won't be the end of the world. Not giving up on life is what matters the most
that's right mate..we never know whats waiting for us.
I was trying to get into Ireland for my masters but I guess the almighty was saving something better for me here in my country. Though I didn't get through the Irish selection procedure this year. I got a scholarship from an Indian University.
Keep trying you will surely get through.
I always follow the mantra "if this is not my destination, then it must be the path to reach"

The thing is that the email they sent last week did not mention any deadline for the announcement of the final results, only that they would do it as soon as possible.
Just before the mass email they repiled my mail saying middle of this week which should be today. But i wouldn't be surprised if nothing comes today...
But the problem is that registration period in some universities like Trinity is about to begin which means we need to know if we have the scholarship before registering as international students have to pay beforehand. Also I'm sure there are others like me who can't go to Ireland without that scholarship and has do either decline the school or wait. That's why I'm hoping everything will be clear by the end of next week
