The Master in International Horticultural Science will be offered jointly by Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna and Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, Faculty of Science and Technology. The master (laurea magistrale) has been developed to meet the present and future challenges of the horticultural sector. The programme is the result of a joint initiative of the University of Bologna, well known for its long tradition in higher education, and the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, a young higher education institution with a trilingual profile. Students will experience multidisciplinary training and research-led teaching in subjects covering the main aspects of horticultural production and the supply chain. The programme will benefit from the collaboration with the horticultural industry. Students will have the opportunity to spend up to two semesters in one of the European partner universities and be entitled to earn a double degree.
