Through practical experience, skill-building, and entrepreneurial knowledge, students develop the expertise needed to thrive in the culinary industry. Whether pursuing the one-year Swiss Grand Diploma or the three-year bachelor's degree, our program is structured to support students' passion and prepare them for enriching culinary careers.

In this program, students delve into a rich array of courses, investing over 1,100 hours cultivating their skills in the kitchen. From mastering cooking fundamentals to exploring innovative gourmet cooking, students also learn about restaurant design, strategic restaurant management, nutrition, health, and special diets, business communication, food product development, wine, beverage, and mixology, cooking history and culture, strategic marketing for the food industry, culinary events management, kitchen management, and leadership, as well as cooking trends, concepts, and innovations.

Year 1- In the first year, students experience vocational training, dedicating over half of their time to kitchen activities. Each pathway offers a holistic culinary education, complemented by an internship opportunity.

Year 2- After establishing a strong and practical base in the first year, students progress by learning management skills as part of their education.

Year 3- In the last year, students shift away from kitchen duties to explore the entrepreneurial aspect of the culinary industry. They focus on bringing innovative food concepts to life. All three pathways follow the same course structure.

The Master program provides a comprehensive journey into culinary entrepreneurship, empowering students with the essential foundations to launch their own culinary businesses. Acquiring the entrepreneurial skills necessary to launch a culinary business becomes attainable through the practical modules offered in this program, making it an ideal choice for students aiming to transition into the culinary arts industry. These modules furnish students with invaluable hands-on experience, complemented by the cultivation of problem-solving abilities and the development of soft skills like creative thinking, cross-cultural collaboration, and emotional intelligence.
