The Department of Sociology, founded in 2011, offers a unique program in the United Arab Emirates, combining sociology and social work. The program is aligned with the needs of society, as sociology and social service represent a vital sector that provides many job opportunities for students. The Sociology and Social Service program, designed in accordance with the latest international standards and specifications, has approximately 500 students enrolled and more than 1,000 graduates from more than 15 nationalities.
