The purpose of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Mataram which offers Pharmacy programs are:

• Provide high quality medical education that is geared towards achieving graduates with professional responsibilities, adhere to ethical principle and able to compete nationally and globally.
• Achieve innovative and creative research that contributes towards the advancement of science and technology in the field of medicine and health science.
• Achieve community enggagements  programs through implementationof  science and technology in the field of medicine and health science for the welfare of society.
• Achieve collaborations from various institutions  for the advancement of science and technology in the field of medicine and health science  that encompases the three pillars of higher education including education, research and community engagement.
• Achieve the implementation of  a credible, transparent, accountable, responsible, fair, effective and efficient  governance within the institution on the bases of information and technology management.
