Our four-year MBiolSci focuses on whole-organism biology, specifically that of animals. Zoology at Sheffield covers areas such as animal conservation, biodiversity, molecular ecology, evolution and behaviour. Specialist modules cover areas such as animal behaviour, evolutionary biology, ecology, genetics, conservation, anatomy and physiology and climate change. The MBiolSci adds a fourth year of specialist research training, similar to a masters course, working in our labs and field sites.
