The University of New York in Prague (UNYP) was founded in 1998 and is offering American and Czech University degrees delivered fully in English from the central European city of Prague. UNYP has a long history and degree partnership with the State University of New York, specifically, The State University of New York, Empire State University. UNYP remains one of the largest English language higher-education institutions in the Czech Republic.
The University of New York in Prague is made up of four main UNYP schools of Business, Psychology, International Relations, and Communication & Media
Through these four unique schools, UNYP delivers Czech and American accredited bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration , Communication & Media , Digital Media Arts , Information Technology , International Relations , English language & Literature , and Psychology . Our Business, Communications, and International Relations degrees also have various concentrations that students can choose from including Multimedia Journalism, Media Marketing and Public Relations within Communications and Diplomacy and International Law, Conflict and Security Studies, and Global Governance within International Relations.
UNYP also offers a three-year Business Administration program with a concentration in Finance, Marketing, Sports Management, Human Resources, Behavioral Economics, Data Analytics, and Entrepreneurship.

We want to make sure that you as a student get the full UNYP experience and the attention needed to have you succeed. All our bachelor programs are only offered in person (classroom-based).
Our school is in Prague, Czechia. You can find us at Londýnská 41 in the exclusive Vinohrady district of Prague (Prague 2). For a map and ways to get to us please refer to the following link: https://www.unyp.cz/contact/
At our university, we have ongoing admissions. You can submit your application at any time during the year, however, please keep in mind that if you require a visa, it is better to apply sooner as visa processing can take a few months. We have some recommended deadlines, so if you want to start your studies in September then we recommend applying before the end of April and if you want to start your studies in January, it is best to apply before the end of September.
All our programs are taught in English.
To process your application, we will need you to submit online the following documents: High school diploma and transcript Motivational letter English language certificate Letter of recommendation A scan of your passport If you will be missing any of these documents, then please let us know.
