Tuition fees for international students at the University of Brighton vary between courses. In order to keep study programmes accessible to students from all backgrounds, the university strives to offer a comprehensive range of funding opportunities. 

International scholarships available to undergraduate students include

International Office scholarships: GBP 2,500 reduction in tuition fees for the first year of study, applications open until 2 May 2025 

  • Vice-Chancellor international undergraduate scholarships for students from specific regions: GBP 5,500 across a standard three-year course 
  • Sports scholarships: up to GBP 5,000 fee waiver for the academic year 

International scholarships available to postgraduate students include:

International Office scholarships: GBP 2,500 reduction in tuition fees for the first year of study, applications open until 2 May 2025 

  • Vice-Chancellor international postgraduate scholarships for students from specific regions: GBP 2,500 for the first year of study 
  • Sports scholarships: up to GBP 5,000 fee waiver for the academic year 
  • Alumni postgraduate scholarships: a 20 percent discount in fees for those returning to study at the university who already hold a University of Brighton degree
