The single-cycle master's degree program in Law aims to provide students with a solid, complete and balanced basic legal training, able to fully correspond to the qualifying educational objectives of the degree class.
 
In this context, the training course is characterized specifically: a) by the interdisciplinary approach, aimed at integrating the legal method and the economic method and oriented to the study of the legal discipline of economics; b) for the particular attention devoted to the formation and historical evolution of the systems and institutes of positive law; c) for the study of national law in the broader legal context, European and global, and of comparative law; d) for a didactic methodology aimed at combining the learning of fundamental notions with the acquisition of the ability to apply them to the analysis and solution of cases and legal problems, through workshops and seminars focused on an active participation of students.
 
The single-cycle master's degree program in LAW aims to provide graduates with the knowledge, skills and qualifications necessary both to undertake subsequent post-graduate training courses (specialization schools, masters, research doctorates, etc.), and to immediately enter the world of work. From this last point of view, it is intended in particular to put graduates in the conditions: to successfully participate in the competitive examinations for access to legal-administrative careers; to pass the qualification tests necessary for access to the legal profession; to be included in public and private entities and companies.
 
Professional outlets
The degree in Law can be used to pursue, among others, the following professional opportunities: judiciary, notary, public administration, international and European Union institutions, legal profession, corporate legal operator, banking operator, administrative operator.
