Nusa Putra University boasts a diverse range of undergraduate study programs that cater to various fields of expertise. The Mechanical Engineering (S-1)  program, initiated in 2018, obtained its operational permit on February 8, 2018. This program emphasizes the scientific branches of design, manufacture, and energy conversion, integrating compulsory basic sciences and elective courses to provide a well-rounded education.

In parallel, the  Electrical Engineering (S-1)  program, also established in 2018, stands out as the exclusive offering in the Sukabumi-Indonesia region for higher education in this field. Covering both Strong Current and Weak Current, students delve into power electricity, renewable energy, robotics, and the Internet of Things (IoT). This comprehensive curriculum addresses the surging global demand for electrical experts across diverse sectors.

The Civil Engineering (S-1)  program at Nusa Putra University plays a pivotal role in preparing students for roles in transportation planning, road construction, and project management. Unique to this program is the flexibility it offers, allowing students to specialize in either Transportation and Traffic or Structures from the fifth semester onwards, aligning their education with their interests and talents.

The Informatics Engineering (S-1)  program directs students to explore the disciplines, processes, and techniques necessary for building computer-based systems. With specializations in Software Engineering, Database Technology, and Interactive Multimedia, students have the flexibility to deepen their knowledge in areas of particular interest, reflecting the dynamic nature of the tech industry.

The Information Systems (S-1)  program at Nusa Putra University responds to the burgeoning need for Information Technology in the contemporary business landscape. By designing a curriculum closely aligned with market needs and concentrating on E-Business and Management Information Systems, the program aims to produce graduates who are not only well-versed in technology but also possess a strategic understanding of business operations.

The Visual Communication Design (S-1)  program at Nusa Putra University is a fusion of art and technology, equipping students with creative visual communication knowledge and technological skills. Graduates emerge with the ability to seamlessly blend design aesthetics with cutting-edge technology, enabling them to create impactful visual content across various media platforms.

Management (S-1)  at Nusa Putra University addresses the dynamic challenges of the contemporary business and management sector. Applying the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and the Nusa Putra Trilogy concept, the program hones real-world skills and fosters character development, preparing students to compete on a global scale.

The Accounting (S-1) Study Program , established in 2018, responds to the global demand for skilled accountants. Nusa Putra University's curriculum aligns with national and international standards, producing graduates with comprehensive expertise in finance, taxation, and auditing.

The Law (S-1) Study Program  at Nusa Putra University, accredited by BAN-PT, stands at the forefront of legal education. The program focuses on adapting to technological developments and globalized legal professions, aiming to produce professional and characterized Bachelors of Law (SH) equipped with practical knowledge and a nuanced understanding of societal needs.

Finally, the  Elementary School Teacher Education (S-1)  Study Program, the first education program at Nusa Putra University, responds to the evolving needs of the global era. With disciplines in Science, Social Sciences, Indonesian Language, PPKn, and Mathematics, the program contributes significantly to the development of social balance and community welfare. The program's commitment to educational reforms positions it as a key player in shaping the future of primary education.

Departing from the University of Nusa Putra, the Master of Informatics study program which is the first and only master/postgraduate program owned by the University of Nusa Putra. The Master of Informatics study program at Nusa Putra University was established on October 3, 2019, based on the Decree of the Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 922/KPT/I/2019. Based on the decree, this study program is declared to have met the minimum accreditation requirements. The Informatics Masters Study Program offers two concentrations that students can choose from, namely artificial intelligence and cyber security. The number of students registered in the Informatics Masters Study Program to date is 45 people (20 students from the 2019 class and 25 students from the 2020 class). Of these, 11 of them are students with foreign citizenship from various regions such as Afghanistan, Algeria, Cameroon, Madagascar, and Pakistan.
