Taught exclusively on our Crans-Montana campus, this is our flagship graduate program. In one intensive year you will set yourself up for a senior managerial position. Includes field trips to Chicago and Shanghai, a choice of two career-focused specializations in your second semester, plus a real-world Consultancy Project with a leading hospitality brand.
Semester 1
Includes personal development and leadership skills, innovation, financial analysis, marketing, consumer behavior and insights, hospitality economics and advanced management topics, plus first international field trip.
Semester 2

Crans-Montana
Crans-Montana campus is a place where the future is being made, right now. It is one of two physical campus locations for Spark, our global innovation sphere. Spark is a place where new concepts are created, tested and incubated; it makes Les Roches the essential destination for hospitality’s future leaders and innovators to learn their craft. You will also have access to an innovation classroom and digital media studio, where you can experiment with 3D printing, create your own mobile apps and develop your digital skills. And with Mac labs, professional kitchens, demonstration areas, student event spaces, and an extensive traditional and digital library, you’ll have all the tools you need to unleash your creativity.
Marbella
Marbella campus is the second of two physical locations for our Spark global innovation sphere. Spark is a living innovation lab, where you’ll get to work with some of the brightest stars in Spain’s – and Europe’s – start-up ecosystem. The campus also features four professional kitchens – tailored to different resort restaurant concepts – as well as a demonstration bar, front office, housekeeping office, and hotel room. Other learning facilities include a state-of-the-art classroom with Apple technology, Mac lab, plus a traditional and digital academic library.
Shanghai
A modern campus located on the spacious campus of Shanghai Normal University, Les Roches Jin Jiang offers the latest facilities and technology in a traditional university setting. This includes digitally optimized classrooms, custom-built demonstration areas, a library, two computer classrooms, and communal study spaces for group collaboration. You can also plug into Spark, our global innovation sphere.

Crans-Montana
The campus takes its name from the famous ski and golf resort of Crans-Montana, which is a short ride away by car, bus or funicular. There you’ll find plenty to keep you entertained – including high-end food, culture, shopping and outdoor sports. Head down the mountain and you’ll discover the town of Sierre, with its mainline railway station.

Marbella
