Our expertise has been manifested through a full-time postgraduate program in Management of Fashion, Design and Luxury, a full-time postgraduate program in Fashion Design, and a part-time Executive MBA in Global Fashion Management. In 2013 we are launching a Master of Science in International Luxury Management.The Institute today enjoys an international reputation and has made a name for itself as the reference for professionals. Its activities (postgraduate and executive education, research projects, economic trends & forecasting) guarantee a high level of academic excellence that is in direct contact with the economic and industrial world.IFM is located in the heart of Paris, close to the headquarters of many of the world’s major fashion and luxury companies, in the city that is a testing ground for young designers and innovative product and retail concepts. Our location along the banks of the River Seine in the “Cité de la Mode et du Design”, a city-sponsored platform for showcasing design, places us at the center of innovation and creativity in Paris.IFM receives the active support of the Ministry of Industry and of major actors in the fashion and luxury sector, who are present on its Boards and participate in the Cercle IFM which provides financial aid to students.The members of Cercle IFM are:ARMAND THIERY, CHANEL, CHLOÉ INTERNATIONAL, CHRISTIAN DIOR COUTURE, DISNEYLAND PARIS, THE PIERRE BERGÉ – YVES SAINT LAURENT FOUNDATION, THE HERMÈS FOUNDATION, GALERIES LAFAYETTE, GROUPE ETAM, KENZO, LOUIS VUITTON, L’ORÉAL LUXURY PRODUCTS, PRINTEMPS, VIVARTE, YVES SAINT LAURENT.IFM has welcomed international students since the first year of the postgraduate program in Management of Fashion, Luxury and Design, and today 30% of our students are non-French. Approximately 20% of our alumni are working outside France. IFM is a founding member of IFFTI, the International Foundation of Fashion Technology Institutes, an organization that gathers over forty of the world’s leading educational institutions specialized in fashion management, design and technology. We currently have partnership programs with a wide range of top-level international schools including SDA Bocconi (Milan), ISEM – University of Navarra (Madrid), London College of Fashion, FIT (Fashion Institute of Technology, New York), Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Central Saint Martins (London), Tsinghua University (Beijing), ESA (Beirut) and ESMOD Berlin.
