This is a guide to the usual steps required to apply for a course at GUST:
Official high school graduation diploma and transcripts.
An IBT TOEFL* score, IELTS score, or the results of a recently taken GUST English Placement Test (Accuplacer™).
The GUST Mathematics Placement Test (Accuplacer™) is compulsory for all applicants.
Personal statement.
KD25 non-refundable application fee.
Three recent passport-size photographs.
One certified copy of an officially-recognised secondary school certificate.
A photocopy of the civil identity card and the passport which must include a valid residence permit for non-Kuwaitis.

Read more Currently accommodating up to 3,400 students, the Mishref Campus was completed in 2007 and plans are in place to expand this to more than 5,500 students. Highlights of the campus include: The Concourse A three-storey building which has become the focal point for academic and social activity at the heart of campus life. Features include two 125-seat lecture theatres, prayer rooms and the University Library.
Sports facilities A 25-metre swimming pool plus gym, squash courses and other sports facilities are all housed in the University’s Physical Fitness and Health Center.
Community Development and Training Centre As well as providing facilities to those on campus, this conference and training centre provides for the community too. It offers a 500-seat and a 200-seat auditorium in addition to exhibition spaces.
