Specialization in Human Resources Management develops capacities to lead the management of human talent that allow it to address the challenges of organizations in an innovative, complex way and with the qualified handling of the latest generation techniques and methodologies. His contribution to the optimization of resources and the strengthening of competitive advantages in contexts of socioeconomic uncertainty, position him as a strategic partner in organizations. Our training proposal is a commitment to the development of skills to:

  • Diagnose human talent problems taking into account the organizational context and its strategic objectives, with the support of tools for research and information analysis.
  • Formulate and implement organizational transformation projects that harmonize the human dimension with financial, legal and technological aspects.
  • Propose strategic compensation approaches in accordance with the employment modalities and labor market conditions.
  • Design and implement labor competency models that support the strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Perform data analytics to systematically understand information, make predictions and make informed decisions.
  • Solve management problems with initiatives that generate value for the business, optimize resources and define measurement mechanisms.
  • Assume the role of coach leader, facilitating organizational transformation processes and promoting quality of work life.
