The bachelor's program in Organizational Learning is a social science program at Aalborg University. ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES IN BUSINESSES AND ORGANIZATIONS 
Both in private and public companies and organizations, there is today a great need for employees who understand organizational change and have knowledge of how to manage these. In the education, you will in both theory and practice work with learning and change processes and with specific issues in relation to them. Project work aimed at practice is central throughout the education. There will be a special focus on supporting learning and knowledge development in order to promote the efficiency of organizations and the competitiveness and efficiency of companies in an international perspective.

Admission to the bachelor's program in Organizational Learning presupposes that you meet the following requirements or that you can document that you have equivalent qualifications:

  • Passed entrance exam

NOTE!  From admission 2023, there will be a requirement to pass an entrance examination with a quotient of at least 4.0.

Aalborg University offers interdisciplinary studies where bachelor courses (basic study programmes) are followed by masters and Ph.D. courses (subsequent specialisation). The university offers 10 different undergraduate programmes in English across five faculties:

  • The Faculty of Humanities
  • The Technical Faculty of IT and Design
  • The Faculty of Social Sciences
  • The Faculty of Engineering and Science

Each of the five faculties has its own schools with full time bachelor education spanning over three years and designed to prepare students for master and Ph.D. education at a high academic and international level. Since the Ph.D. programmes are focussed on training researchers, students are researching independently and being actively involved in Aalborg’s research community.
