The following bachelor's programmes qualify for the master's programme in Innovative Communication Technologies and Entrepreneurship at Aalborg University Copenhagen:

GUEST/EXCHANGE PROGRAMMES

  • Electronics and IT  (5th-6th semester are offered in English)
  • Computer Engineering  (5th-6th semester are offered in English)

Applicants with other backgrounds will receive individual assessment by the Study Board of Electronics and IT.

Students with other Bachelor's degrees may be admitted – subject to individual evaluation by the Study Board of Electronics and IT – if they are deemed to have comparable educational prerequisites within technical IT. Admission to this engineering programme generally requires solid competencies within object-oriented programming, distributed systems and network architectures.

Aalborg University offers interdisciplinary studies where bachelor courses (basic study programmes) are followed by masters and Ph.D. courses (subsequent specialisation). The university offers 10 different undergraduate programmes in English across five faculties:

  • The Faculty of Humanities
  • The Technical Faculty of IT and Design
  • The Faculty of Social Sciences
  • The Faculty of Engineering and Science

Each of the five faculties has its own schools with full time bachelor education spanning over three years and designed to prepare students for master and Ph.D. education at a high academic and international level. Since the Ph.D. programmes are focussed on training researchers, students are researching independently and being actively involved in Aalborg’s research community.
