Admission Requirements

The master's program accepts persons who have completed educational programs of higher education.
Admission of persons to the University's master's program is carried out on a competitive basis based on the results of Comprehensive testing.
Admission to the master's program is carried out based on the results of comprehensive testing in the scientific and pedagogical master's program with Kazakh or Russian as the language of instruction, who have scored the following points:
Foreign language test
  • at least 25 points, Test to determine readiness for learning
  • at least 7 points, Group profile test educational programs
  • at least 14 points (with the choice of one correct answer
  • at least 7, with the choice of one or more correct answers
  • at least 7, in accordance with the 150-point grading system for comprehensive testing for master's programs with Kazakh or Russian language of instruction.
Enrollment of persons into specialized master's programs on a paid basis is carried out based on the results of comprehensive testing in accordance with the 100-point grading system for comprehensive testing in specialized master's programs with Kazakh or Russian language of instruction:
  • at least 50 points, while according to the profile of a group of educational programs: with choice one correct answer
  • at least 7 points, with a choice of one or more correct answers
  • at least 7 points, for a test to determine readiness for learning
  • at least 7 points.
Persons who obtain the highest scores in comprehensive testing and (or) entrance examination are enrolled in training under the state educational order on a competitive basis and on a paid basis:

1) for scientific and pedagogical master’s programs - at least 75 points;

2) for master’s programs with English as the language of instruction - at least 50 points;

3) for specialized master’s programs – at least 50 points
