According to the programme director of TBS Education – Barcelona’s Master's in Digital Transformation & Business Innovation, Professor Roxana Ologeanu-Taddei, digital transformation is most accurately defined as a “change to business processes and business models, driven by data analytics and digital technologies.”
Professor Ologeanu-Taddei says that to manage digital transformation, companies should design and implement a data and digital strategy. These is no one way to do this, however, and each company will be starting from a different point, meaning that they will be looking for digitally literate graduates to help implement this digital transformation.
