In order to expand the availability of a Welding Engineering education to a wider audience, an online M.S. Welding Engineering degree program was established in 2003. This program is designed for individuals who are working in welding engineering or a welding-related job and wish to achieve a graduate degree, or obtain graduate credit, in Welding Engineering. It is also suitable for those who wish to retrain for a welding engineering-related position. Part-Time option is available. The equivalent of a four-year bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university, earned by the expected date of entry into your graduate program. GRE General Test is required for all applicants (we do not require any GRE Subject tests). The score ranges below are not required minimums; we do not set minimum GRE scores. We have found, though, that students with scores in these ranges have done well in our program. Verbal: 153 or greater; Quantitative: 155 or greater; Analytical Writing: 4.0-6.0.
