Teaching at the TUM School of Management takes place at the interface of management, engineering, and the natural and life sciences. Approximately 4,000 students at the TUM School of Management receive a thoroughgoing university education along with opportunities to put theoretical knowledge into practice. Course content is constantly updated in line with the latest research and business practices.
Thanks to this integrated approach to teaching and learning, graduates of the TUM School of Management are well prepared for the requirements of today’s business world, where individual companies work in ever closer collaboration, and the boundaries between departments are disappearing. This demands considerably more flexibility in thinking over a variety of different fields. Graduates of the TUM School of Management acquire the skills they need to do this.
Undergraduate Program:
Our Bachelor in Management & Technology (TUM-BWL) gives you the interdisciplinary focus you need, putting you at a distinct advantage when it comes to shaping your career. The program combines courses in management (70% of your studies) with options in engineering or natural sciences (30%). We also leave you plenty of room for specialization and pursuing the areas that interest you most.

TUM School of Management's master's in management is one of several postgraduate degrees available at the school, which features in the 2018 edition of the QS Business Master's Ranking. Aimed exclusively at engineers and natural scientists, the course is designed to provide students with a perfect background in management, law, economics and business, equipping them with key skills for the modern workplace. The program includes five optional fields of specialization:
