They will learn how to apply a systematic approach that incorporates creativity. They will develop their ability to design, create and facilitate collective intelligence, to address the bigger picture, and come up with innovative strategies and solutions. They will learn how to work in a collaborative and agile way, and to adopt responsible leadership behaviours and values.
