A complete application package will contain: (1) Statement of intent or purpose; (2) Online application and application fee; (3) Unofficial transcripts for all post-secondary institutions attended are required for the application package. However, if admitted, the student must submit official transcripts to the College of Graduate Studies; (4) English language test (for non-native speakers of English); (5) CV or resumé; (6) Three reference forms or letters.
