The Bachelor specialisation in Media and Communication Management will give you the theoretical insights and practical skills you need to be successful in an international media context, and the knowledge you acquire will allow you to work flexibly and efficiently within a changing media landscape and the new digital economy.

Contents of the Media and Communication Management (B.A.) programme

The Media and Communication Management course provides you with theoretical and practical competencies to successfully operate as an all-rounder in the international context. You acquire knowledge in the areas of media, communication and management and develop strong interdisciplinary cooperation and communication skills to be a successful team player and a manager.

Internship

Macromedia cooperates with a large number of renowned companies where you will spend a full semester as an intern. You gain practical experience under the supervision of your professors and can start networking with the industry.

Fully accredited semester abroad

Students also spend one fully-accredited semester abroad at one of our worldwide partner universities and gain intensive international experience during their studies.

In addition, students can also choose BA Hons programs offered through a partnership with the University of Westminster (UoW). In these programs, you have the option to earn both the UoW degree and the German degree while studying.For non-European students, the tuition fee is €5,500 (US$5,981) per semester and €5,150 (US$5,600) for European students.The additional degree program with University of Westminster costs €6,300 (US$6,851) per semester for non-European students and €5,950 (US$6,470) for European students.

Admission for studying in one of the university’s campuses in Germany requires a high school certificate, university entrance qualification for applied sciences or equivalent and TOEFL or IELTS.Students interested in the Westminster University’s Bachelor of Honors degree should check the country-specific admission requirements.
