University information
University of Oulu offers international degree programmes taught in English. Application period takes place annually in January for studies starting in autumn of the same year.
University of Oulu Graduate School offers doctoral level training in its four doctoral training programmes.
You can also apply to become an exchange student if you would like to visit us as for a full academic year or shorter as an enrolled student of another university.

Engaging study environments are available at both campuses of the University of Oulu. We offer modern facilities for studying, including well-equipped laboratories, collaborative study and event spaces, self-study spaces and our own Fab Lab Oulu, to name a few.
