Welcome to the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (AUAS/HvA).With study programmes in both English and Dutch, the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences offers cutting-edge professional, international education to students from the Netherlands and abroad. We are one of the largest institutes of higher education in the Netherlands, with over 90 programmes and over 40,000 students. The AUAS/HvA comprises seven schools, of which the School of Economics and Management is the largest. With a history of more than 140 years of excellence in economic education, it currently has over 14,000 students from 85 different countries enrolled across its 14 different programmes. The programmes that are taught in English are part of the International Business School (IBS).
