Universidad Nacional de Trujillo

Located in the Peruvian coastal city of Trujillo, the National University of Trujillo was founded in 1824 and was the first republican university in Peru. Today, the university has approximately 16,000 students across all its degree programs and is widely regarded as one of the top universities in both Peru and the wider Latin American region. This is reflected by its inclusion in the QS Latin America University Rankings. It’s also one of the largest universities in Peru, with 13 academic faculties and around 3,000 teaching and administrative staff.
