EM Normandie : Old School, Young Mind

Founded in 1871, Ecole de Management Normandie (EM Normandie) is one of the oldest business schools in France. It is accredited by both AACSB and EQUIS. EM Normandie has five campuses, including three campuses in Caen, Le Havre and Paris as well as a new campus in Dublin and Oxford.

Each of the five campuses offers foreign language courses, with a total of nine different languages, offered. Six-degree programs are taught entirely in English.

EM Normandie has 95 faculty members, 30% of which are international. The school has 220 international partner universities in over 65 countries offering study abroad and research opportunities, as well as dual degrees. These partner universities bring 700 international students to EM Normandie every year.

When it comes to corporate partnerships, over 5,000 companies are associated with the school. Students participate in over 500 different junior consulting projects.

EM Normandie’s core mission is to educate future executives, who can address change and project management challenges, display genuine managerial capabilities while being fully aware of cross-cultural issues and corporate social responsibilities. Thanks to institutional faculty research support schemes, Ecole de Management de Normandie promotes faculty intellectual contributions, both academic or applied, to guarantee high added value in the learning process.

Follow your entire courses 100% in English if you wish. Choosing an internationally-oriented course also means learning one of the 9 modern languages taught at the school by mainly native teachers.

Professionalisation at the heart of the educational system

Ensuring your professionalisation is a priority for EM Normandie thanks to a teaching method punctuated by internships, missions and challenges based on real company cases, not forgetting work-study programmes.

With more than 1000 students enrolled in these programmes each year, EM Normandie is the reference for business schools in work-study programmes. During this period, spend up to 75% of your time in a company for a real immersion in the professional world. Take charge of dedicated projects as well as real responsibilities.

During your course, spend up to 30 months on internships in companies. You can also benefit from 8,000 work-study and internship offers proposed exclusively to the School's students thanks to the strength of the alumni network and its network of 5,000 partner companies.
