Same-day registration is available for both Discover and Connect events, but we encourage you to register early. Our events are popular, and we have limited spots. Registering ahead of time ensures a more seamless and personalized experience at our events. Once you’ve signed up, we’ll send you useful details ahead of the day and a QR code to get you in.  

For our Connect and Connect+ events, early registration saves you time on the day of the event, allowing more time to meet with schools. We’ll send your meeting schedule beforehand, so you’ll have more time to prepare for discussions with your matched institutions. Meeting availability is limited.

Yes! Our events are completely free to attend. Plus, each year, almost four in five attendees apply to at least two schools they meet at a QS event – so it’s worth your while. 

If you’re attending a Connect or Connect+ event, we’ll match you with the universities or business schools based on your CV and preferences. You’ll then receive meeting invites from your matches. You can meet as many of your matches as you choose. 

At our Discover and Discover+ events, you can drop by any university or business school booths.

QS Connect: Individual or small-group meetings
Connect events take an even more personalised approach to your university or business school search. Based on your academic and career goals, we’ll match you with your best-fit institutions. The focused one-on-one or small group meetings with university representatives facilitate deeper discussions about your specific interests and allow more opportunity to ask questions.
